Terms & Conditions

So that I can run and plan the classes smoothly and efficiently, please see below the list of terms & conditions.

1. 

Health and Safety: Please ensure that you are in good health and able to participate in physical activity. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your GP before joining our classes

.Attendance: I encourage regular attendance to get the most out of these classes. If you are unable attend a class, please let me know in advance. So I can plan my lesson accordingly to suit those that are attending each class.

Classes are paid in monthly block bookings, so for example if there are 4 weeks in a block, that block would be £32 working out at £8 a class.  However if at the beginning of each block you know of any dates that you can not attend, I will deduct this from your block and you will not be charged.  Once the block has began and you cancel a class then this class is forfeited or you have the choice of making up a class on an alternative day.

For our one-to-one lessons, kindly inform me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session if you need to cancel to avoid being charged for the cancelled lesson. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, you will be expected to pay 50% of the full lesson price. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure that we can offer your space to someone else or advertise the available space, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 4 weeks notice if you wish to cancel your space in class. Thank you for your cooperation.
