Laura combines Swedish Massage with specialized techniques from the Aston Practice, learned during her training in the States. This blend of techniques can be both invigorating and relaxing, benefiting the body, mind, and soul. By applying these methods, muscles relax, joints loosen, and the body can return to a healthier posture. This approach aims to minimize discomfort and avoid compressive techniques, allowing for a deeper, more effective massage without causing unnecessary pain."​This service is either offered as a mobile service or at various wellbeing centres in the area.
